You'll find that it idles better after the rs tuner, also you'll lose the 5k kick and have a smoother power delivery throughout the rev range

Depends what your plans are for the car, if your leaving it at the exhaust and filter go for the rs tuner but if your looking at serious mods eg throttle bodies, jms inlet setup etc your better off going for a 'live' map

Its basically just a s**t guard, stops muck etc getting into the bay, would be better getting it replaced to protect the components in that area

I went for an upgrade from my iPhone 4 last week, the o2 salesman tried his hardest to convince me to get the windows phone, the only 'better' difference he explained was the bigger screen, it's like a house brick compared to the 4 which ain't exactly small to begin with.

The raceland ones are cheap as chips for the 1.2, dunno if you can still get them on ebay though
