If you actually know what you're doing it's no more difficult to configure a router from one OS than it is any other, whether that be via a web interface / GUI or a command line. The platform you're running on has nothing to do with it!

I had the same cams in my GTi and it overfuelled like a b**ch until it was re-mapped. The map / cam combination will definitely have something to do with the problem, but might not be the only cause. As said, the CAT could be knackered or just not hot enough.
