personally if your gonna go to the trouble of amping up your speakers dont use the sh*tty car wiring, run new high quality wire. theres no point half doing a job and u will notice the difference. ive rewired the whole car so nothing runs on standard wiring

agree with frosty also u will ahve more control over the gain levels of each output be it speakers or subs ive got one amp runnin my 2 15s and another runnin the 6x9s and fronts, unfortunatly the other 4 speakers go off the head unit :(

im thinking about gettin a straight through center section on my j plate rt. whats the laws regaurding silencers etc? do i need at least one? obviously i dont need a cat but do i have to have a silencer b4 the back box? comments appriciated matt

hes talking about solonoids :) the kit to but is about 50 quid then u pay for fittin obviously

i have a friend in his early 20s, he drives a tvr tuscan and a supercharged g40 polo. the tuscan hits 180mph and fear is the last thing on ya mind and the only thing on ya face is a huge smile. i dont know a better driver than him. its all down to the individual.

i would use 15mm m8 if your making the box outta 15mm make sure u seal all the joins with fiberglass im runnin 2 15s and used 15mm for the boxes strenghtlend with fiberglass

build a door pod for em then bolt the pod to the door card

can always split the rear feeds to wire 4 speakers off the equivilent wiring for 2

could easily mod the frames i would think u can make anything fit :)

mine are in the rear cards sounds mint and u cant see em but they are amped up to run no bass threw em so the limited space is immaterial really

ive got 10 speakers and 2 15"s in my car lol, most problems ive encountered and some even solved lol

u could cut the wire between the headunit and the car conecter block and branch off from that missin out the wiring through the car and runnin your own wire

my ice is prob worht more thna the car. i drive a rt on a j plate done 60k

05/09/02 - VTS Trouble! I bought the beast about May 2002, after waking up one morning thinking I needed to get one I made an extra special trip to the bank! 30 minutes later I came out with £5000. So there I was skipping to the shop to buy an Auto Trader (dont really trust garage sales)...
