 christ.
the 16v vent is directly above the airbox, if i had an open induction kit there it wouldn't be long before water got in.
Ian, you can use the air filter pipe from a laguna 1.8 spi which will bolt straight onto the t/b and then you can put a filter onto the end of that, i...
do reliable valvers exist? :dapprove: i'd love a minter but i dunno, told myself i want something newer, around a 2000 reg.
106 gti's are affordable, but finding one that hasnt been rattled off the limiter everywhere will be difficult.

Maybe, i've been looking. are they quite reliable?

I was GUTTED to see the lad drive it away :dapprove: but i suppose it's time to move onto a newer, better car.

I need to replace both the cylinder and shoes.
A couple of pics which...

Sending yours first thing tomorrow louise, had a bad dose of flu so not been able to get about much, it's here waiting to go though.
Press pictures are usually the best to work from as they are good quality and have good lighting.
But if i'm doing a modified car then i have to work from what they give me :)
Cheers Lee

I'm putting a website together for all my car sketches to go on so i would like to show photos of the prints that i have sold you.
Doesn't matter if its framed, blu-tacked to the wall, whatever!
Just to give people ideas of where to put them, show them in frames and so it doesn't look like i...
