I am trying to find a pic of it on here to show a friend, but can't remember where it is or who it is? Does anyone remember with 1.2 inside written on the rear window?
Cheers
Heko ones are the only designer ones, (unless you want to look like a taxi) I got to say I love them, they take about 3 minutes to fit, 30 seconds is opening the window ;)
I have 2 jobs aswell mate, I wasn't suggesting you were a bum ;) I was suggesting you have more money than me lol, and She spent £700 on my Bday (would have preferred her to just gimmie the money towards a 2.0l but nevermind) so I got to spend about £100 atleast lol. Suprised you aint on the...
I think they are ace, but lots of people hate them, they can be a pain to put on properly and if you put them on poorly you will cause more damage, Country lanes don't cause damage if you drive sensible, The last car a friend bought we thought must have been resprayed, she said it hadn't its mad
Mine hold up the boot (atleast that's step one taken care of)
But they don't do it very well, they need helping all the way up and seem really weak, is this normal?
And does anyone know of any higher power ones that will fit our cars?
MK2 PH2
cheers
I should imagine that it is dependunt upon how they are done, I had a 59 plate Mini cooper last year and you would press the button and it would demist without any heaters, there was lots of thin lines going vertically, you couldn't really see them but if you look hard FOR THEM then you can see...

I got in a lot of trouble with 2.0l BMW's and Mini Coopers etc so am stuck myself with a 1.2 8v for the mean time, I got to say that my car prefers its standard air filter, I could make it sound beefier but they are designed like that for a reason, you can spend big money on good ones but people...
Yeah, it will restrict air flow. It's like the electric "turbos" will make your car go wierd at traffic lights. It would be best without it and then it will just be a air filter, expensive for an unbranded cheap air filter though. You'd be surprised the amount of 1.2 clio's and saxos and corsas...
Only someone who is new to mechanics would even ask. The idea is that the fan will force induction into your engine.
Problem is the fan isn't powered so only spins by using air suction already being generated - problem 1 is it restricts air flow
then it will keep spinning (slowing down) once you...
IN short. No. It is cheap and unbranded for a reason, look at halfrauds for a easiness or get a second hand alpine one Some which are worth a look:
