help please with centre bulbs

Hi everyone i recently got myself a clio mk2 1.2 03 and i have gone to change the bulbs in my centre display time temrature etc but what size are the bulbs as i want blue ones and when i take both out i can still see the time why is this, what size are they preferably want them blue

I got some, in blue, cant remember where. They don't work as the colours are sort of painted on top of the dials (if you got an analogue one)
