i just jacked the engine right up so you can get a 3/8 wobble end extension bar into the adjuster i will get a pick in 5 as its still in the state as im awaiting a alternator !!!!!!!!
you can do the belt and tensioner at home easy with no ramp ive just took the alternator off my 182 with aircon without jacking the car up so its not that hard. just jack the engine up as far as it goes its a piece of piss

no alpine you dont ive just fit one to mine it plugs into the yellow plug at the back of the radio then the 3mm jack plug goes into the radio and its working and you also keep the display in the top of the dash aswell.....
there about £90.00 though, if your after one of them i'll sell you mine...
whats it matter it spaced it away from the calpier and the bearing away from the back plate its just different name terms used as long as the guy knew what we was on about its solved his problem
you'll find that the abs ring is a bit bigger than the aftermarket rear disc ( where it sits ) so it will spin around, id put something on the ring inner edge to stop it moving.... i used exhaust paste as it goes hard when it dry's !!! no problem with it at all...
sounds like it the power to the fan mate via the rheostat , search thro some threads about a/c not working there is a few with the answer to where it is in the car and i think its a usual fault

ah right ! just got a pm from the lad who i bought it off i need to plug it into the yellow connector at the back of the stereo... my remote im using now plugs into the back of the display under the dash top ! i thought it just connected into there cheers for the info, and my stereo is the one...
wont the caliper slide forward ? or there is somethin stoppin the disc going nearer to the caliper i would remove the disc again and make sure there's nothin stooping it going forward !!! did you just use 1 circlip when you pushed the bearing in ? also check to see if there isn't 2 spacers on...
hi i recently bought a alpine dash display adaptor for my stereo but when i removed the top of the dash the red plug from the display is different, ita a long thin plug 1 row plug in my car where as the adaptor i bought is a thick 2 row plug, does anyone no where i can buy this other plug from...
the bloke in halfruads who helped fit it (me and my dad both had a go and had no luck). when he wired it in he said he had to adjust a couple of wires and that the headunit would only be fully off with the faceplate taken off.

what diagnostic machine was used ? you usually cant diagnose a fault with a scanner as they don't talk to the aircon system there's either a leak on the system somewhere or...
