sounds like the switched live and permenant live are the wrong way round check them with a tester >

try the pollen filter mate under the drivers side scuttle panel if it aint been changed for years it can block up and no air comes through and the fan don't blow that good either in the car...

they dont have side air bags in them mate so the air bag light comes on.. other than that it straight forward

hi mate what resistors are you using ? yes there will be a fault code logged as its open circuit when you re-connect it it should go to short circuit and then it can be erased. i think the ecu might check so many times then see it ok and turn the light off itself. but i may be wrong

as above sounds like the mixer flaps have got stuck or out of sync, if the aircon needed re-gassing it wouldn't start to work again ok !! i'm sure mine did it once when it had been cold for ages and i'd been using then heat then turned it onto cold and hot still came out, its been ok ever since...

unbolt the pre tensioner and bolt it on the seat frame on the bucket seat if it has the mounting for it...

i might go to kwik fit and see what they do they wont be able to get mine any colder unless they over gas it.

when it dont feel as cold as it should,, or get a little thermometer in the air vent and see what temp its blowin out at it should be 10 - 15 % lower than ambient temp ( outside )

i got disc's for 12.50 each bearings for 10.50 each rear pad's for 8.00 fit them at work in half hour, remove rear pads from caliper push piston back remove rear caliper remove 30mm nut pull off disc, refit, add a bit of copper grease to pads and slider for pads, job done mate

you can buy the tools from sealey and also laser tools there about 50.00 to buy the one's you need
