i would go for the wire on the regulator thats prob where its been done wrong.. im sure when you changed the window regs on the clio you had to get another piece of wiring loom as the plugs were different ?? i might be wrong tho !!!!!

lookin at that the throttle potentiometer could be the loss of power as it won't no where the throttle angle or thottle pedal angle is. had this problem on the lexus 400 hybrid's they loose power all of a sudden thro the light on as its 1 trip logic. then it all comes back and your away ...

nope they are about that when they are new mines just done 70k and ive just changed them from the original set they dont brake much on the rear mainly h/brake use

we fit those h/free kits into lexus's mate there a good unit but there about a grand fitted !! lol thats lexus tho good price £25.00

easy way to find if the vac pipe is off/split pump the brake pedal a few times with the engine off then hold the pedal down and start it up if the pedal drops down a bit its all ok. usually you can hear a sucking noise if the pipe is off louder than usual on ticke over and about 1500 rpm and...

yep my brand new tom tom xl works fine in the 182 with heat reflecting screen

well i found the wires for my cobra at the back of the glovebox after looking up from the floorwell.. i traced them out of the bulkhead into the scuttle panel CUT all the wires as they went under the scuttle and my cobra alarm has never lived or gave me any hassle since... so the circuit board...

any ideas ????? LOL

its all built in to the siren unit on these or my 182 is and its under the scuttle on the n/s..... the wires come thro the bulk head next to the bonet pull cable there is a wiring loom what it joins into at the back of the glove box

check under the glove box at the back there is a wiring loom there with a 30 amp fuse in it pull the fuse it should stop the alarm going off... if not cut the wires to the siren and get a different alarm as the cobra one's fitted are sh*te

has any one done the boot pop from a alarm fob ?? any wiring hints or a diagram to do this ??i no i need a seperate motor and relay its just wiring it up thats troubling me !!!! cheers to anyone who can help

cheers mate i used to fit alarms a couple of years ago but i'm a vehicle technician so know most stuff about wiring etc but just not got a wiring diag !! will have to find the wires under the dash somewhere !!!

as long as the test is pre booked it is ok to drive on the road.... but it depends what mood mr police man is in also i would think !!! if he wants brownie points he might just fine ya and take ya to court !!!!! LOL
