I was just wondering while you have access to the computers, if the clutch from the mk2 ph2 1.6 16v is the same as this? as ktec do an uprated one. I asked them but they didnt know :dapprove:

I need the measurements of the clutch from the dci65 and the dci80 to compare to see if it an 80 will fit a 65.

the colour coded covers will pull off mate, use abit of force but be careful what tools you use to not scratch them. flat head screw driver with a wrag.
yeah intercooler is all ive done, remap is going to be done once ive found a new clutch, mine is on its way out.(been to RStuning and had it on the rollers).
Yeah replacing injectors and adding the ic will give you a 80 power straight up but you'll need to change the pump aswell to cope with...
If your going to get a car and just do a remap i would get the 100, gearbox made of cheese? they may not be as good as the others but still paul never pushes the car to breaking point so its going to last.

if you get some dials and a new stalk it should work, it worked with my expression you'll just have to get the mileage changed by someone with the right equipment!
Yeah I reckon they will fit from the 80 and 100 its just I think i need something a bit stronger, had it on the rollers and it ran 110hp with 195lb/ft just the clutch was slipping but it slipped with standard map too so its on its way out. Paul said it will run those results all day once the...
