wing mirror colour coding

im looking to colour code my wing mirrors, and have managed to find a cheap working set from a ph1 172 on ebay.

i was just wondering whether these will work as a straight swap as i have just had a thought that a 172 might have electric mirrors whereas i have manually operated ones. will this be a problem or could i seperate the mirror from the colour front plate?

the colour coded covers will pull off mate, use abit of force but be careful what tools you use to not scratch them. flat head screw driver with a wrag.
