I've been liasing with the lad who's got the road going rotrex iS. He's done a redesign and I decided to get rid of the oil hosing and use the updated bracket that he's just made. Should have it bolted in soon but got to start saving the spondies for the management etc.

Well today was the first mile stone reached with the project :) I finaly drove the thing and completed a track day! :D (only took me 4 years :dapprove: ) I sorted out the smokey Joe zaust with a dose of K-seal worked a treat. The car did really well, I did about 75miles on 20L of fuel (17mpg...

These are road cars not race cars who gives a s**t. I know I like being cool when the temps rise and I'm not sitting there quivering about how much powaa my engine is loosing as a result.

Not what i'd blow a couple of hundred grand on personaly.

This clearly isn't a track car so shouldn't be treated as one! Don't think that with some better brakes you can leave to the last minute before attempting some heroic driving on a public road. There isn't anything worth doing to the car besides learning to drive and gaining experience.
