I believe the Captain is against alarms, not just Renaults, as no one takes much notice of them. As long as you have a good immobiliser your car is pretty safe. However, as I believe you are installing extra ICE in yours an alarm would be useful, but why Renaults when you can get much better...

My neigbour owns one on an 02 plate (gets a new one every 4-6 months) and there is almost nothing in it. Playing catch up he could not loose me and I could not catch him, over all pretty even. His TT 225 can pull away from me but only just. Not worth 25K though.

I assume it is the MK1 V6 that is tested, hense the improvements, handling and bhp to the new V6 as Renault realise that the new cup is as fast in most situations as the V6 for half the money.

I have £200 to spend on a rear spoiler for Christmas, I like the ones on the MGZRs, nice but not too MAX Power. What do people suggest? At the moment I am in favour of the K-Tec Utopia spoiler. I would greatly appreciate peoples oppinions. Thanks

Scalped an MG 160, pretty close and they are a good car, never tangled with a 306 though. On paper you have the fastest car, but with the pug and MG it is close enough for the driver abilities to be the deciding factor. Should be fun finding out though.

I killed one on my first driving lesson took its head clean off. Almost killed one yesterday that ran out on me but had enough time to stop and scare it off the road. Hope the damage isnt too serious.
