stripped the gearbox tonight and a bolt has come out inside and cause all sorts so a new box is needed

what material do people use for this ?

few pics from today. removed the engine to look at a gearbox fault, still unsure which engine im going to fit back in. and finished the rear floor off, just needs carpet now

i finally tracked down a ph1 172 in black. it was quite local but has gearbox problems,i think it needs a new box, and the alloy bonnet and bumper need painted. it came with a set of turinis which i swapped today for 182 wheels which im sure most will hate. the rear is totally stripped out and...

What is the most common turbo engine conversion for a Clio. Iv done 2 corsa 2.0 turbo conversions now and looking to do something to the Clio. Is there any of the shelf conversion kits like there is for the corsa or would it need to be all custom made

i just picked up a ph1 172 today. the car is perfect almost as its stuck solid in nuteral. the gearstick wont move at all, is this common or do i need a new box ??

sorted. if all goes well ill be picking it up on saturday morning so ill no the condition of them, i will get them refurbed if need be

im not sure if they are anthrecite mate, they look silver on the pic on my phone but ill no more on saturday
