Know the owner, they are about 15 miles from me. I have had parts but again never an engine. Seem to be fairly descent.
@Feirny knows them and may have an opinion. I believe they are on here too.
Yeah we live on the estate currently and get a whopping 2mb as BT put copper to a new estate. The government ruling for FTTP came in for the new phase and that’s where I am aiming to be. Will post photos of the kit when I get chance to get into the house.
Moving into the new house soon (hopefully). Can anyone recommend one of the FTTP providers over the other?
BT are cheap but I don’t like them, although it will be a BT line.
Zen are my preferred choice but haven’t had any dealings - a couple of people at work use them and have only good words...
I will call him today to confirm, he does have access to a tire store but the more notice the better as I guess some people will want specific brands etc
Re the tyre fitter - his name is Dean Swash, if you find tyres2drive on Facebook or here is his site http://www.tyres2drive.co.uk
He has said he is available the weekend, if people want to put orders in then that might make it a bit easier? He can fit pre-purchased tyres too if needs be.
I have a 61 plate golf that's done 160k, still returns over 50mpg and costs hardly anything to fix. Why if you are looking to save money are you considering petrols? Especially low powered engines which require the nuts squeezing to get them anywhere.
What's your yearly mileage?
Part of this doesn't make any sense! To confirm what I think you have written:
Had 8 faults cleared and only 2 are now present?
Possibly the airbag ecu or squib?
You paid someone £50 to half diagnose the issue?
Now wondering how difficult the job is to fix yourself to save money?
Where are you...
Just looking for advice on earphones, willing to spend up to £50 as not a serious listener but appreciate a bit of quality over a £4.99 set from Asda.
This kind of design and they are to be used on an iPhone 7 although I am happy to have the 3.5mm jack and use the adapter
@Brookie. I live in auckley, new estate and no fibre only a 2mb connection. Apparently a new cab is going in and will offer the 'newest' houses infinity and the existing new builds, all under 2 years old on the same estate fibre. Would you mind looking into this? I can DM any info you require.
I have a new build and it's not quite working with the current layout vs furniture vs games consoles. I want to remove the stupid faceplate the builder put in and just have a normal plug, aerial, sky connection individual faceplates.
The tricky bit is I have room behind the door for a sideboard...
