I've got my work pc's bios set to boot up at 7:15 in time for me to get into work at 7:30 to log straight on. Cant help on shutting down though.

Took them 7 days in all to sort my HD out, saying that though I'd ordered it the day it came out. I could have had it sooner but I didn't want to take a day off to wait in for the sky guy so I waited for the closest Saturday.

Just pay the £80 and get sky HD installed. Normal sky+ is £99 + installation iirc.

I suppose it'd be more useful for when you travel abroad or call someone who is abroad, just find your nearest wireless hotspot and you'd be able to chat away!

I think basically its free calls over the internet, but the receiver has to have this skype account.

Got that the wrong way round. If you don't take multi-room then it's free installation, if you do take multi-room then the £30 charge applies. I've just ordered it and that's what they told me over the phone.
