Re: trying to get my head around CSS!! AAARRRRGH!!!!!
There really aren't that many cross browser issues. It's mainly issues with IE. I'm a coder and not designer, so it is pretty easy to get my head around it. I use CSS for styling, which for me includes layout, images, colours, etc and the...
The link is on this page http://www.angel-works.co.uk/about.php The links to the old contact page on the test site by the looks of it, found in the main text of the page
Very nice site :)
Adams, you thought of making the padding on the nav links wider? Could have the background change a little and make all the 'button' a link instead of just the text. Just a little CSS rollover sort of thing, if ya get me
Halfords said exactly the same to me when I wanted some ages ago. My model brakes weren't even mentioned in their book and even with a part number they couldn't find it. Best thing to do is go elsewhere and take a pad with you so they can compare it, or see if they can give you both types and...
Or if you want a it to come on automatically, you'll probably need a switch like this mounted somewhere where the boot door touches http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=2494&criteria=Push%20Switches&doy=12m6
Nah, it's easy to do. Grommet is just like a big rubber thing. If you look upside down in the passenger footwell, you'll see a cable and a big rubber thing going into the engine bay. Switch will be wired to your +ve wire, can put it wherever you want in the car
The front in the interior doesn't match. Looks dull compared to the rest of the car. Maybe spray the little bits that look like you've sprayed black as red? Just to break it up a bit and make it match a bit better. Don't like the spoiler that much, but the car looks good :)
Only a couple of sharp bends I can think of on the A6 out of matlock, was it the couple of bends with the pub on one corner and a road going upto crich? or the sharpish bend near belper?
It's a bad road for lorries, I almost smacked into one a few weeks ago. Far too many hidden entrances/exits...
Wouldn't say they're uprated, just some replacement ones I got from a parts place. Will see if they move around. The same pads are on the drivers side too and they're dead quiet
This is bugging me alot. My passenger brakes at the front squeek most the time I brake. sounds like the pads need changing, that sort of squeek. Only thing is, the pads on it are brand new and thought after a week the sound will go as the pads will be worn in. Rechecked hte pads tonight to make...
