Your pretty close to the subject, i think on a 50mm its equivalent to a 1:1 ratio macro.

(or ladies.. ) Before spending a few amount of pounds on a macro lens i thought i'd have ago at diying it. I've got my 50mm prime lens and stuck it on the wrong way so it turns in into a cheap macro type lens! Looks weird and its bit scary having the wrong end of my lens exposed...

the first ones are taken with a nikon fisheye 10.5mm and a few with the nikon 50mm. I used a nikon D80 :) and yes that was me who crashed the monaco, doesnt look too bad now hehe;)

Thats pretty good, i'd still be scared to drive and leave the cam on the outside! i was cradling mine for life or death while the car was doing about 2mph lol. The rig i used only cost about £20 to make, so its not bad for the results achieved.
