i've recently fitted Sportlines to my 182 which dropped it about 30mm. i daren't go mad and go any lower due to all the speedhumps and generally shitty roads road by me. i'm happy with the way it looks now tbh. Coilies would just be overkill for me as i dont plan on tracking it

is the photo of the black wheel pre-sportline fitment? i only ask cos i've just fitted sportlines to my non cup packed 182 (identical to yours) but the front on mine looks lower than that? liking the black wheels though - think i'm gonna do that to mine when i get some more money together

spotted tonight at about 9pm ish. Black 172 '53 plate in Merthyr college car park talking to someone in a yellow punto with black wheels. Arctic 182 passing the fire station. i was at the lights heading the other way

it's a bit of a backward step in the design department if you ask me. the 197 is by far the better looking car (especially the front) and the wheels on the 200 do it no favours whatsoever 197 anyday of the week for me

i've got Toyo T1-Rs on at the minute - they pretty good and represent good value for money although i cant see them lasting as long as the PE2's but only time will tell. the PE2's were excellent but are quite expensive these days (cheapest i could find was £110 fitted)

doubt that very much - not with bearings & ABS rings already fitted they wont be!

i dont track mine but i live near mountain roads so give it some stick now & then. i went for Brembo HC discs. Ferodo DS2500 pads and braided lines with Dot 5.1 fluid. that lot cost me just over £200 about 18 months ago and i'd def recommend them. the DS2500's do give a tiny bit of squeal here...

most places / products that offer a lifetime guarantee usually only apply it to the first owner. some companies such as Prospeed will transfer the gurantee for a one off payment of £40.00 but you have to let them know if / when you are the new owner. how much is a new system for the V6...

i didnt think Renault centre caps would fit Turinis that weren't supplied by renault themselves? thought they were different fit / size or something? :S i might be wrong mind? looks alot better now

Prospeed use bits of cut hosepipe and cable ties to keep their exhaust firmly in place - works a treat! mine sits perfectly

i wouldn't bother with a decat unless you change the rest of it too - pointless otherwise. the manifold is 2.5" bore into the front end of the standard CAT. at the rear of teh cat the pipework is only 1.75" bore. you could do what i did though. had Prospeed to fit a custom cat back system and...

that's a hell of a lot of wedge though! going by the figures posted (and taking them all with a pinch of salt especially the OEM ones) you are in effect paying £1,763.00 for the full system for a miniscule 3bhp?! you'd be a mug to do it! no offence

yes it does - he was fitting his new Pro Race 1.2's when i went over on Friday. the body coloured wheel nuts really suit it too

the 200 is a very good car which looks good from all angles...... except the front! that black insert makes it look gash! the only colour that rescues it is black cos you dont notice the front so much. 197 is a million times better looking in my book

the whole front end doesn't look right on the 200. that black bit makes it look sh!te

a bit of a trek for you but i'd recommend Prospeed in Cardiff - did a top job on my 182 (even modified the CAT to increase airflow) and the fitment is perfect cos Charlie is a perfectionist and an all round top bloke!

sorry but that 200 looks f-ugly! that front bumper effort is terrible with the black insert. 197 is miles better looking some nice pics though - really like the silver 172 with anthracite turinis
