Not sure if your on about the picture or what Maz wrote about the Focus.. The pic I posted up earlier in the thread, I had a similar incident with a van and swerved to avoid and walloped a lamp post in doing so, police where no help despite having 10+ witnesses and CCTV...
How uncanny...
This happened to me when a van pulled out in front of me from a bus stop, no indication, nothing, I swerved, broke and slid straight into a lamp post, the van fooked off leaving me trapped in the car, wing was pushed right back and the door was jammed, had to kick the door...
Indeed.. Interesting, perhaps an optional extra or standard in 'warmer' climates...
Lovey car by the way.. I really like the styling on it! Welcome to CS
If you have a Ph1 with the normal headlights its simples, cover off, clip off, pull bulb.. done, with the dual optics its pretty easy also, unplug, twist bulb out and reverse to put back in.. if you have a 172 sport its a pain, passenger side harbours the cold air feed to the air box and is...
Lovely cars fellas! As said it really shows how much better the stance is when lowered!
Thats why I love my Iceberg Ph1.. Has that nice blue shade to it!
Pop it out and check that the blocks are all fitted tight along with the cables that go into the blocks.. I did a little search on google and noticed that the radio has a mute for hands free and if that cable has come loose or faulty can display speech.. Failing that get a new radio ;)
Thats a bit odd.. I'm pretty sure 'Speech' appears on cars with the voice that warns you of not wearing your seat belts and bulbs that have blown.. But I only ever see this is my dads Laguna? saying that.. Do you have a after market handsfree connected to your radio?
IIRC its the flashing light near the gear stick (if this is on the V6?) that should flash in a pattern which relates to what sensor was triggered, the light will flash this pattern until the car is next started..
1 Blink: Doors, Bonnet, Boot Have been opened..
2 Blinks: Additional Sensor...
I wouldn't think it would be the drive shaft seeing as it happens once a day and is not constant... I've known a car, but not a Clio that 1 wheels ABS would kick in randomly and cause a shudder due to just the one wheel trying to stop, not sure if this is really a problem that could happen...
See this when it first popped up on PH.. What's with manufactures making bigger and smaller versions of similar looking cars! Ghastly.. The Fez is nice but now the Focus.. Totally out of proportion and looks totally sh!t.. Pfft
Probably a rubbish idea.. But I always thought if I ever did this I would use some of these cable zip type things.. as below.. Bad idea or not? You decide haha
Have to use an image hosting website.. Such as Filckr or Photobucket.. You can attach pictures but generally ones on the PC are to big to upload directly to CS
Loving the car Adam, looks like you got some good ideas upcoming also!
The standard air box should give a better result, not to sure what kind of heat soak you may be getting atm with the open cone.. keep your eyes peeled for a V6 air box also, gives a slight improvement over the standard...
Really tempted myself.. Contract not due for a while mind, I currently have a HTC Magic which is pretty nifty.. See what iPhone has in the future as HTC is starting to get hot under Apples collar!
As for apps: ;)
