Sorry, should add that the £330 labour (inc. VAT) included a full service and a few other bits and bobs, so may be cheaper.

I paid £530 (inc. VAT (17.5%)) for cam and aux belt over a year ago. I recommend them.

Eh? Recycling the air, means it's not getting anything from outside the cab, e.g the AC. Don't recycle/re-circ the air. LOL!

HD would just scale down to SD, if it's not a HD TV. You can't increase the number of pixels your TV has just by plugging in HD sources.
