Edit: Just looked in the guides section and there doesn't appear to be one for the lights or bumper. I've also checked Dan's (fubar) site and he has none either.

How do you know they haven't checked? It wouldn't surprise me if they knew. Why would they come back and say they're not insuring you when it's better for them to take your money and then when you crash make your cover void as you lied when you took out the cover?
Good keyword-rich content is the best bet. Good use of h1/h2 tags, good page title, good meta description and keywords. Being linked to from other sites is also extrememly helpful.
Try not to go overboard with keywords as Ads suggest, google will rape you.
