Drill down the centre of the bolt and then hammer a torx socket where the centre is the same diameter as the hole but with widers plines than the hole and unscrew is what i always do.
(hope this makes sense)
Both have their benefits though.
PNG's need a natuarl source of light so in caves or total darkness dont work.
Whilts actives give a better veiw even in total darkness but if someone has some nvgs can see your light source like a trch in the night.
Both are NVG's
Have used active goggles and a PNV scope.
Both were the shizz (although the scope was better, shooting targets in the pitch black half a mile away :D)
Would not use that tyre, yes the MFS is danaged but it has done its job, protected the rim the tyre is now unroadworthy. put it this way, crash and use your crumple zones, the car is still drivable but is un roadworthy.
End of the day its your choice.
TBH i get about the same fuel economy on the 1.2 16v as ido on my valver on the work run as in the 1.2 I boot it whereas in the valver its usually below 3000 revs most of the time.
Am running the standard halfords ones atm on the front. have had no problems at all.
Rear couldnt get any with holes in for the screw so got them from GSF
Not the foggiest mate although for that sort of thing try williams clio.
quite a few tb'd and turboed clios on there, plus its a bit more mk1 oriented.
how much would the bank be willing to give?!
we are talking proper money then you have the gear box, internals to consider.
IMO cams remap and tb's are the way forward if you want anything moe buy a bigger car
I know loads of people Hybrid their clios or replece the engines for whatever reason.
But how do they transport them?
Say i bought an engine in manchester how would i get i to nottingham?
Cheers Bailey.
Hard to say as it hasnt been driven thus a bulge hasnt had chance to develop,
Doesnt look to bad obvously best option is to replace but cant see it failing MOT and you shouldnt be rolling on spares for too long any way.
