Completly forgot to ask where the hell this goes and what it does... Presum its the circlip to hold the washer with the tab on and the big cog thing in place...

What you recon then, have an RT sitting on the driveway, whip the box off that? will is just fit straight on to the shafts clutch etc?

But the speedo never went up whilst it was running? could i have done it when removing the driveshaft? Would i be best off putting a new box in or will it not matter as long as i replace this bit? Will ring reno on monday, jus need to know what to ask for. :S

Yaeh will pop and bang when running rich as there is fuel int the exhaust. Mates Bug does it, is funking sweet.

Cant get into a dealership as i work in the week and my car is off the road :( Will this be the reason my car wont go?

So this is the diff circlip? Where is the rest? thought the diff was on the other side (this was from passenger side) how much is this part and what do i ask for?

Ok am all sorted ready for tomorrow morning, aprart from mani and fuel lines. 2 small problems though, when i pushed out the roll pin it demolished it, is there any other way of sorting it (ie a bolt of the same diameter) as renault will be closed tomorrow or do i even need to replace it? also...

Where can i get the tools from and what are their technical names? ie, what do i ask fo when i walk in the shop?

Am havinc the engine out tomorrow to do my clutch and the cam blet is over due, is this something i can do myself whilst it is out? Will i need any special tools because i was under the impression i would need something to lock the camshafts but the trusty Haynes says nothing. Cheers Bailey.

Took these to illustrate my point, this is the kit i was provided. This is obviously the diaphragm, plate, bearing and grease but no alighnment tool. Is it possible to do without? And do i need this bit? Also Edde mentioned that it wasnt my clutch any ideas on waht else it could be...

Should be one already for the standard airbo, just use that route but go to the paasanger fog hole is the usual way, or like i said, stick the battery in the boot.

Relocate battery?! then LOADS of room :P

No have the release bearing. Is a little round cup you put somewhere to help with alighnment? I didnt get the tool should i have in the official renault kit?

Re: Clutch, waht clutch?! Got my clutch kit, should it come with a plastic alighnment tool and a ring thing? Haynes says it should and the kit pic shows one, there just isnt one.

So coolant, Gear Box amd Pas need draining. nothing else?

Cant see why brakes would need to be done?
