Right im after a new set of speakers an me mates reccommended i get components. Thing is iv not a clue bout components and whats good and whats not. Any recommendations?? Hes recomended the Vibe Black Air competition ones which are going for £75 but just wanna know if theres anything better...
unscrew door card and pull it off then ul be able to see the bracket holding the window in. Unscrew the screws on that bracket and caerfully undo the little clip and thats it the windows free. Then slowly pull the window out but be bloody careful not to crack it. Hope this helps fella
yeh i reckon u could definately get em done tbh. Would spend most of the time on the prep tbh an it shouldnt come out too badly, im in the middle of doing mine but iv got a spare set on so not in a rush. Iv had em off a week and a half an still not finished sanding lol.
i know theres an open and a closed torsion bar but not sure bout ur problem tbh mate. Id pm Rage16v an ask him tbh mate he seems to know his s**t when it comes to torsion bars cause he lowered myne for me.
wats the quality like though mate, it may be loud but is it clear? my 10 inch sub makes the roof rattle like that but the speakers are crystal clear so sounds mint. Wat speakers u got going?
mynes dropped 55 on front and 60 on back, it is quite a hard ride but not too bad tbh fella, looks smart aswel. Mynes on APEX springs from K Tec. Mk1 dampers are only cheap so may aswel run it on them till summat goes wrong then replace or upgrade.

u dont need a bloody voltmeter dnt be slly, just put two screwdrivers on the positive and negative points on the amp and touch the metal parts together very quickly, a spark means uv got power. I did it to myne earlier today when i was having problems an had no problems from doing it.

Have u checked ur tyre pressure in ur front tyres, u never know they mite have been low for a while which is causing the dogy steering and u may just be noticing it more now cause ur thinkin about it too much.

They do look quite good but think they look too big imo. Definately need it lowering though, id do that first before u choose wheels just incase they decide to rub.
Chances are if u put a 1.6 in it ull "want to go faster" and ull end up smashing it up meaning ur insurance will go sky high and ull have no chance of getting a 182 till ur at least 25. Trust me mate i know iv been there done that!
Not a clue tbh mate, think its just a stright forward job. I had it done on my old one an it took em bout 10-15 mins to change an that was with a ciggy break included so i cant see it being hard lol.
