salivating in anticipation of wednesday now!
Was worried i made the right colour choice after reading the paint swirl horror stories and seeing the liquid yellow, but am so happy i went for black too.
That is cherry!
By the way, i like the tax disc holder
a cut-out-and-keep guide for all new Clios - sellotape it to your dash

dont use a sponge!
So what do you use?
The only jet washes near me use that lovely brush - yknow the one: last guy uses it and finishes of with his wheels then leaves it in the grit
HAs anyone else had any problems with new cars on collection. Pooling your experiences could be useful and provide a rough guide of what regular flaws to look for.

well to everyone getting their brand spankers tomorrow, i hope the weather clears a bit for you, and keep one eye on the rear view - im just a week behind
Some of us have to wait just a little longer, so PLEASE post some pics - particularly the black gold with cup pack - to tide me over till mine gets here next week

If you rag the car left right and centre, then it blows up; can renault try and wriggle out of its warranty agreement via a misuse arguement?
In short, can the trip computer be a little snitch in the dash?
Also, if you were suspected of speeding, is the trip info admissable?

its good to hear that im not suffering the wait alone. My first brand spanker too. But youre right- another 2 weeks in a cinquecento is gonna be worth it.
Not to mention a startlingly different experience
SCENE ONE:
NIGHT - any motorway you like
Its one of those summer nights that seems to glow from its own heat.Youre on your favourite stretch of motorway. You, your car and the road ahead. There is nobody else around.
Nobody at all.
Drop a cog and floor it.
The revs rise, the needle...
Those little blue grille strobes look so tempting - especially for the run to work or getting home before the pizza gets cold.
are they really illegal? even if you dont sound a siren?
surely, if you just flash them at the middle-laners and they move, youre not doing any harm?

are all these above items only available when you order a new car, or can you ad them at a later date?? (mainly refering to the suspension and spoiler packs) cheers, anthony
I know the spoiler pack is available as an aftersale from...
Am so jealous of you jay...
The whole week to give it a good seeing to
Oh my
*kicking myself for not saving holidays - damned new financial year is April 1st
Im gonna have to do something cos my workdays are going to seem soooooooooooooo long.
Thing that worries me is theres some neanderthals that work at my place and id be constantly worried about modified panels care of a manky mondeo door.
imagine that... less than a ton on the clock and it...
Mines March 1st too
...and yes, i am at work that day - in fact ALL week.
Its going to be the weekend before it gets halfway to triple digit mileage.
Sometimes working so close to home can be irksome
Ive just bought one from Arnold Clarke in warrington...
The salesman was like 12 but very helpful and knowledgeable. His enthusiasm for the car was refreshing.
