the valvers have 4 torsion bars, the rt have 2 .................. ie GOOD LUCK!

i used to have a 205xs, exactly the same engine!!! wicked little cars!!! um as for the motor it can take a lot of abuse just make the sure the gearbox isnt grinding, also tickover may be "tappity" but just needs adjusting, pretty easy job!
