ok on startup the interior light and clock lights starts flickering, does anyone know what this could be? IF i put a decat on a standard exhaust, am i gonna kill the exhaust? or decrease its lifespan?

if you can get a pipe to attach to the throttle housing and relocate the IK to a lower colder place that would be better or alternativly get a panel filter in your original airbox and cut a second hole and flexi-hose more air into it from a cold place. If that makes sense.
