Well, got the new throttle body from Renault finally.. £258.41 later and its fixed the problem :-) Shame I couldnt get a 2nd hand one, but at least its fixed :-)

Hello! How easy is it to change the complete inlet manifold? Do any gaskets need replacing once it has been removed? Reason I ask is i'm looking to tidy up my engine bay with new hoses etc, and wish to buy a new inlet manifold and spray it all black... Any advice would appreciated...

Yeah i also spotted the CATD, but saw a few other decent ones knocking around... Problem is I've just spent a fortune on mine getting a few niggly things sorted out.. and had cam and aux belt changed for 36k which was quite expensive! Seems a shame for me to spend that money then get rid!

Oh - One other thing to mention.. had a new backbox (standard) the a month or two ago as mine was all rotten and fell off. Since then, it almost sounds like i have a performance exhaust fitted.. its much more loud than the original one that fell off!!
