That sounds fiddly ... have you built one on a car with the aircon system ? I presume it would increase costs somewhat.

coupled with what other alterations .. ? You can push 220bhp on a single Mk1 172 TB if you do enough the manifold and head (plus the usual.. cams, injectors, exhaust etc) on its own ..... bugger all.

Too many harsh bends imo. Charlie is superb at fabricating systems ... although my welds are falling apart 18 months on. It's blowing more than Paris hilton on a night out. I will probably have it fixed up (under warranty) before I pass it on. Glad you are enjoying the noise !!
