Yeh that's in sport mode with Seb just letting off in 1st.
Yeh it sounds really good under load aswell, and on gear change you get the odd pop and crackle which sounds really cool.
monkey boy rofl
and yes that salesmen is a lunatic lol
it is an awesome peice of kit and really is a joy to drive in sport and pottering around town in normal mode.
you wont regret the choice.
on a side note i drove an esseeesse today, the torque low down is fantastic and the engine just...
bit of a video of the exhaust setting off, sofaboy driving as he wanted a go in the little abarth
small pop at the end
good exhaust note for a 1.4T
also some funny f*****s at work did this on the laptop lol
took my boss out for a spin in it as he was taking the piss, he now loves it...
Ugly car, drove a mates that is modded engine and suspension and still didn't feel right.
It's a good example but not my sort of thing but that's my opinion, oh and the non anniversary one is common as anything round here.

Awesome cleaning session there mate but one thing baffles me it is safe to jet wash an engine bay? With all the electrics and intakes etc
And also how does the wrap cope with stone chips?
but we talking about the sounds system, for me a hot hatch is something that is nice to drive day to day but when you want abit of fun be it on a track or down a twistie country road its there and will make u smile and reward you for driving it fast.
the abarth has this quality so did the 200...
its about the whole experiance, how many people actualy drive there 200 on track and a 200 non cup i hardly 'an awesome drivers car' the cup though, thats better
if im being honest its not something that is bothering me, alot of hype about the bad steering feel but weigh that up against the positives of the car.
and yes the r26 steering feel was pretty much perfect
and not sure if i mentioned the bluetooth, its bloody brilliant lol
oh and the bluetooth in the car is great, really clear through the speakers and its easy to dial a number, mp3 playback is brilliant, i just plug my iphone in and i choose what i want on the dash.
the subwoofer under the driver seat is actually really good and gives the bass a really nice deep...
well its cheaper to run and the megane was just getting abit unusable and wasnt much fun unless you really push its limits (which cant be done on the road)
=
i changed from the 200 to the megane for a few reason, i wanted more tunability because i couldnt justify spending 300+ quid for a remap...
yeh i have heard of the cars producing more than standard, mine feels like it has alot more than 135bhp if im being honest and yes the steering when not in sport mode is comical but i only turn sport off when im in traffic or im on the motorway, the steering does get alot heavier when you go...
Yeh I do miss the torque of the Megane especially on the motorway but the abarth still holds it's own and yeh the tuning should make it abit quicker than your average 172 because I think it gives about 220ftlb of torque aswell but honestly ingear like exiting a corner it feels just as quick and...
You would have had to wait longer than that because fiat dealers don't sell abarths lol
Yeh the waiting list was massive when they first came out, I wanted one instead of the 200 but waiting list put me off.
Glad you like it though

Esseesse pack it's stiffer springs, different wheels, remap to 160bhp, brake pads and a bmc filter and costs £2750
From the reviews on the Abarth forum the stiffer suspension offers no damping and is undrivable on uk roads, it's makes it handle worse because the wheels are bouncing off the...
