You can get the sump out, remove the engine mount on the O/S, raise engine on a crane / whatever you have, keep jiggling, it will come out with the subframe in place! Done my own.

I bought a VTs, gearbox was whining within the month......just fit a new one. wasn't over happy tbh but oh well!!!

Not a great deal mechanically, remap and few bits, headlight, few bits and bobs that will all add up, windscreen, inside is a mess! I am sure there is more by the way, not looked at it for a bit lol.
