Are you going a different colour?
When mine were silver I used a 800 grit to sand down, prep is key and is important all parts of the wheel are keyed down. wipe off excess dust etc then get on with masking around the tyre. I used two primers for 4 wheels, two gloss blacks and two laquers...
Just simply because when i had my tyres changed the fitters took some of the paint off, plus theres a few chips from over the winter so I want them looking mint again now its summer.
Just wanted to know the best way of doing it, dont really want to have to start from scracth again
So I am going to go over my wheels with gloss black which is what they are at the moment, so i take it I wont need to primer them first?

Thanks for nice comments, i am very happy with it and how it looks, pherhaps a front splitter in gloss black to come. Handling is spot on, grips very well plus even better after I had her lowered 45mm
