Tried everything! Disabled onboard nic + usb and put a new nic in there. Stills hangs. Sounding more like a virus to me now. Just running a full scan in safe mode and then all i can think of trying a repair. Last thing you need on a monday morning :(

Weird problem this. I think it has something to do with the NIC and USB. They share the same IRQ. Booted into safe mode and when i tried to access properties for USB in device manager got blue screen of death! Just disabled USB in BIOS so see what happens. Been fine for over a year and this...

Web server decided to play silly buggers this morning. Tried to create a virtual directory within IIS and it hung. Rebooted and now just hangs going into windows. Just rebooting in safe mode to stop a few services. Unless there has been an update that i dont know about i dont have a clue...

cant go underground, there is a carpark out side and there is probably no way they would agree to it. i assume there is some standard fibre for outside applcations ? weather resistant etc .. ?

yeah, cheers mate, spot on that. hopefully be a straight forward job. do you know how wide the fibre will be outside. we have to go back to the landlords and tell them how thick the cable will be including any shielding. + will there be 2 cables running side by side.

We are in a row of 4 buildings and we now have both ends. The middle 2 buildings will not allow any cables through the roof space etc.. At the back of our 2 buildings they have perfect line of sight with each other so the wireless units would sit on the wall approx 15ft up on either side...

Thought i would try a little experiement. Ordered another 360 deluxe today with amazon. GUESS WHAT !! It says it will be delivered BEFORE my first order which was placed 11 weeks ago ! Massive company + SH*T internal systems. See what bullsh*t they come up with when i ring em.

I was ready and waiting at midnight online for john lewis but nothing. Checked at 7am but nothing and then left the house. Got an email at 8.44 (when they come online) and i was alreayd out and about ! BAST*RD !
