    Ah cheers mark, nope havent done any hard braking since changing them might give the car a bit of a blast on some country lanes tomorrow to warm them up, and then take it on the motorway / dual carriage way to allow them to cool gradually

    if it hasnt split then you should be able to refit it, just repack it with grease and fit some jubilee clips around it, you can do it yourself but its messy, or a garage will do it for 1hours labour so about £50
