if you have CS3 extended edition then you can open them and adjust them in Bridge using the same RAW file editor as photoshop but leaving photoshop free to run other function.
you will get a much better finish if you take them off, you be able to smooth the text right up to the edge of the trim without damaging the paint on the bumper and you will be able to make sure you dont miss bits in the painting stage. sometimes with masking tape when you peal it off it doesnt...

are you on about correcting the converging vertical lines mate. ie as you look up the building it appears to go in at the top.
its easy to fix on photoshop, just use the transform tool (ctrl + T) and pull the top corners out whilst holding shift
love it mate, get some wheel sealant on there while they are still white otherwise they will be a right pain to keep clean, poorboys do some good stuff

most of the main manufacturers such as alpine will work, but most required a two part adaptor. one part being for the car ie a clio and the other for the headunit make ie alpine
my car has been lowered 50mm for about a year now and its fine, and my saxo before was lowered for about 4 years. both were on standard shocks. my thoughts are that you might as well run them on standard shocks until they die then upgraded them at that point
great point, if your 19 or older try brentacre, you can get a modified car insurance premium which allows unlimited cosmetic mods, performance such as lowering and a bhp increase of +10bhp, so this allows a full exhaust system and induction kit. if you want more bhp you just pay a little more...

1) get a mold of the part and get a geniune CF replacement
2) buy thin CF sheet and cover the part
3) use CF effect vinyl
4) use a paint process where you lay down a black base coat, then apply a weave material over the top and spray silver...
