just get a 10D already lol you wont be disappointed especially if its your first dslr, you should be able to pick one up for under £200, and they look, feel (magnesium body, chunkier size) and are better made than the small plastic bodied 300/350/400 range.
i study photography at uni and i have...
get a canon 10d over a 300d mate it was release at the same time as a pro camera rather than a budget one and retailed for over £1800, ive had mine four years and still get good images out of it. the other advantage with it being a pro range camera is that it has a magnesium body rather than...
looks good buddy, have you thought about colour coding the front splitter, dont know whether it would look better or worse, just a thought as it would make the front level with the sideskirts and rear bumper as they hang lower on the sport kit
the night pics look a lot better mate, check you havent got any presets on like heavy contrast or something as the top two look badly exposed, the top being over exposed and the bottom being slightly under with a bleached out sky
looks like a good starting point mate, i would recommend a bigger drop than 35mm even with 16's, ive got 17's and mine is down 50mm.
also if you can source a dynamique/172 rear spoiler it would make a massive difference.
good luck buddy, tis a nice colour too
the wheels are 17s mate so fill the arches a bit more than 15's, yet 15's will make it closer to the ground. they are still on standard shocks, on 17's the ride can be a little hard as i have low profile tyres but when i had my 15's on it was perfect, it felt pretty much like standard in terms...
the paint match will only be as good as the person mixing it at halfords, all they are given is the weight of each colour paint needed, a plastic cup and some scales.
i would recommend using www.auto-paint.co.uk, they are cheaper and the match seems much better...
its hard to say mate will depend on the bodyshop, and as is often the way you get what you pay for. you will want to go somewhere decent so they can blend the paint properly into the rest of the panel. probably looking at £350+ at a guess mate
ive got a 182 rear bumper on my 1.2 and im still using the 1.2 arch liners, they still fit just not in all the holes but its still secure, you dont need to remove the arch liners to fit the bumper, just undo a few screws
would most likely be a bodyshop job, it would probaly involve removing the bump strips and either welding small squares to fill the bumpstrip clip holes or one long strip to fill the indent (and holes), then applying filler and blending it flat into the door / quarter panel
glad to be of service mate, good colour choice too :) (same as mine)
did you use that metal compound filler i suggested in the guide rather than normal body filler
This is part of a Uni project on war, i needed some pics of a spitfire so head down to a museum in southampton as it was the closest one, however the museum was stuffed full of planes so i had to edit the pics significantly, the background / sky shots are also mine so i own every component of...
this seems a little wierd to me that they would be increasing their prices especially in a financial time where consumer spending is down, what is stopping people (if you had the money) buying 40 x canon 1d mk3 now and selling them for £3500 - making £450 a camera and passing on a £500 saving...
