Can I ask for a bit of advice from local experts... What's the best one-way route from Builth Wells to Crickhowell?
At the moment I've got:
B4520 to Brecon
A470 to Storey Arms
A4059 to Hirwaun
A4221 Inter-valley highway to Brynamman
A4069 to Llandovery
A40 to Brecon and beyond
B4560 over...
What about the other option? Retain the Clio badge but leave the other side clean?
Personally I'm with Gally, it's so well-suited to the 1*2 in my opinion.
Indeed it is. Pretty sure I read relatively recently that he was never selling it then soon after that he swapped it for a Twingo, and now the new owner is moving it on.

The Trophy has put on very few miles since late last year, mainly owing to the outstanding performance of the 330i Touring, but now the sun is coming out it's time to get back in the Clio! Oh, and the fact that the BMW has been sold.
It was an impulse buy - I already had the Clio...
That's great to hear.
I often wonder whether something as capable and comfortable as the BMW would render the more special but less practical car redundant. I'm glad it doesn't.
Lovely car, lovely part of the world too, although I can't imagine a blast - the only time I visit it's just packed...

The Sachs might well be going off for a refurb soon so I was thinking what else should be replaced when they go back on the car - top mounts is probably a good idea, which led me to consider the PMS kit.
I cover ~4,000 fast-road miles a year, the car has Cooksport springs and a Whiteline RARB...
