One thing I would say Funky and that is very LOW mileage on a car can be as bad as very HIGH mileage................the reason is because the joints and greases etc can start to dry out............getting it serviced should avoid that cause they should be lubricating these parts :D By the way...

My car gets a service every 12 months..............and has done since new.......also an oil change every six months............thats cause the cost of oil when bought in bulk is so reasonable eh :D Cya Stu
