I would have loved to have gone to this as it's not too far from me, it looks like you all had a great day, it would have been good to meet you guys too. I'm not a paid member of CS though, would this matter. Can you only join CS over the net or can you join by cheque / cash at an event?
Jeeze Lusty!!
There's much truth in jest but it's not about slagging off one persons style, you are taking it too litterally. On a side note it is also ironic showing that people spend daft amounts of money making their car different but in a small way they making them all the same.
AWSOME!!! Rallying is the pinacle of motor sport for me. Try this, in-car Opel Manta 400.

Imagine the consentration you need to do that.
Has anyone got any idea what the car list for GT5 might be?
I've done a search on the net but only found wish-lists. If you have a link to where you get any info from that's be great.
I saw screen shots (showing the pit lane/crew) for this game about a year ago so they must be well into...

I have a pearl black 1.6 16v RSi. I'm really please with mine it's done about 18,000 miles since I bought it a year ago. Tbh there is little to differentiate my car from any other 1.6 16v when looking at the outside except the badges and the wheels (although some non rsi models even have these...
That green is more of a British raing green colour somehow and isnt quite right for a French car, to me somehow.
I like black paint, I think black suits all cars. But a clio is one of those cars that seems to look good in any bright colour like gold and that orange colour. I think renault...
Nowt wrong with that car buddy, cheap tax, good on fuel and cheap to insure and looks smart too! Your at uni and you've got a tidy little car, I'd say your doin alright. ;)
I love my clio and it's easily the best car I've ever had in many respects but I absolutly miss my old corty,
the same model year as the tawny brown one on 'life on mars' but mine was a rare 2 door and the daytona yellow was it's factory colour and those are Mustang II cobra slotmags!!
The...
When the sun is out and you are on a coastal road you just cant beat the feeling you get driving a convertable in the summer, or a even when it's a crisp winter evening having the roof down is great fun.
Well I cant see that happening to some developers, I worked for a games developer after leaving uni and they are sometimes signed up to a exclusivity contract and quite often they are loyal enough to stay on side. Dont forget Sony have forged some of these ties 10 years, before the xbox was a...
Of course the sales will plummet, there wont still be people queing a mile outside HMV to buy one like the release day.
I might be wrong but the figures are dropping because they are now reaching normal sales levels.
As far as developers are concerned it's true it is all about money...
The car looks good.
I'm from around Bath also so I'll be sure to wave if I see you all around.
Maybe we could all arrange to meet up some time, even though I'm not a member would me (and my rsi) be welcome at the Castle Combe meet?
It looks like I'll hang on for a while, I use CS1 at the mo so I guess I'll be upgrading whether I like it or not now!
Buying a new machine is such a big decision for me as the bit of kit will replace my daily workhorse so I need it to be as reliable as possible too, just quicker than what I...
I'm looking to upgrade my mac (G4 dual 868mhz) to a new machine. I dont know which new mac to go for, so long as it is quicker than what I've got.
I've just seen the new Mac Mini on the net. Does anyone have one yet and what do you think. I'll use the monitor / keyboard from my G4 by the way...
I think this is one of my favorite looking cars on here, very stealthy and the black badge looks great too. I'd be inclined to swap the exhaust for a stealth if it were my car.
I love those Borbet wheels, I wanted to fit these to my scirocco. What ET and rim size are they? If you're ever...
I'm in the same position I was in a few years ago; consoles with the latest versions of the games I've grown to love are out of my price range so I'll have to wait for the consoles to drop in price or become second hand.
I'm eager to play;
GTA IV
Grand Turismo 5
Halo 3
Scutch; you...
I had my computer hooked up to my Hi Fi's aux port years ago and I was getting faint radio messages, the next time I got one I looked out side and there was a taxi driver out there. His radio frequency was messing with my equipment and I was able to hear the calls.
I use AG bumper care, it can finish a bit streaky after a shower but it isnt too bad at attracting dust and lasts longer than the silicon spray types. I've seen people use WD40 and even peanut butter!!
I noticed on my Black RSi that the bumper sections and side strips are actually dark grey...
I use AG Super resin and have started using a couple of applications of AG Extra Gloss Protection (EGP). The EGP is a liquid and you wipe it on wait 30 minutes and wipe it off. The top guys on here do about 3 applications with 12 hours (to cure) between each coat.
You will notice a difference...
I worked at Jag for a short stint in my youth and like weeman said we used warm water and a tiny little bit of degreasing cleaner on all interior parts including the seats. You'd be surprised how much filth comes off what looks like a clean interior as you rinse the sponges, brushes and cloths...
Deciding factors for me: Is the service history good (most important) It'll want a cambelt done at 72k so has it already been done? Nowt wrong with a high miler if it's got a fsh and has been well looked after.
