Powerstation always seem high. My mates Impreza ran 246bhp at Powerstation, a month later 231bhp somewhere else which was more like it. I think mine was around 139bhp atw which came out at 170bhp atf.

More than likely the brake switch sensor. It's a common problem. Your need to get it plugged in to find out exactly.
