Yep sure is mate!!!!!!!!!! Unless you have a 2 yr old who can get their hands in and do it for you. I took the front headlamp out for easier access. Took around 3 hrs for the whole job for me.
A friend has a Caterham 7 powered by a Vauxhall (heavily modded) engine. She is the british sprint and hill climb champion and took me out for a spin. Lets just say never again thanks!:sick:

LOL.....I have got a Scorpion back box and its as quiet as my original.! To make it really quiet i push it on long flat roads and freewheel down hills ;)
The place i phoned reckoned they dip the rims in an acid which results in stripping every layer of paint etc off the rim. The rim is then treated with something, powdercoated and baked in a oven. Cost approx £200 a set.
They also repair any damage and x-ray the rim for cracks.
