my car will pass with the de-cat u cant just say de-cats are illegal as some cars were not made with a cat and the chances of the police knowing what cars and what years are very slim tbh

HIC wont insure 18 yr olds i dont think anymore cis maybe elephant and admiral maybe aswel, do an online quote and add older female or 2 to the policy as 2nd drivers, brings it down a fair bit :-)
