I drive my 172 under 2000 revs and never put my footdown (hard) and im getting sh*te mpg, can someone help please ? ? ? out of 40 pound petrol (full tank) i get ABOUT 220 miles is this normal

i actually jus did a diagnostic 2 weeks ago mate and all that needed doing was the brake sensor and nnothing else came up. how much u buy ur diagnostic for?

i did the full whack service mate wen i bought it so no difference n that front. is the lambda sensor easy to change?

mine does 28/29 while driving below 2000 revs and like a grandma i have done a full service in march but still the same :S i dont understand how people say they get 35/38 is this in the city? or motorway

i am doing the exact same as you mate steel toes, n sumtimes dirty steel toes and rubber 1's are so much easier to clean

it must be remapped and modified mate i was coming back from birmingham on the m69 and some 40 odd year old ass hole thought it wud b nice to stick his nose in my rear end while i was in the middle lane so i dropped into forth and started to drift away i seen him nearly catching up for about 5...
