Coilpacks have the same part number between these and a 1*2
Probably has a a return line fuel system with a ph1 rail too?
Not forgetting Ph1 Indicator stalks too
Even the base models can have some useful parts
Mine was also like this so didn't fit the washers.
Fifth sometimes crunches and reverse takes two hands to slam it in so something is up
Also it still buzzes with mine the way it is haha
I have had the light staying on issue before. There is a small earth ring terminal for the ECU (8mm or 10mm bolt? i can't exactly remember) which can snap off with age. It is located near the left hand side drive shaft cup on the gearbox. Make sure this is attached, this gave me the same issue...
You're gonna want to do a parasitic draw test by the sounds of things, YouTube is awash with videos explaining how to do this however this one below seems to be fairly good at explaining the reasonings/method on how to do this. hopefully is helps :)
I didn't no, once again around the time the car did a box so funds for fun car things were too low to warrant it! Its still sat in the ebay basket waiting its fateful day!
Exact same symptoms as when I forgot to reconnect the earth for the ECU to the gearbox. It's a 10mm (maybe 13mm?) little short bolt, ring terminal bolts on just above where the passenger side drive shaft hooks up
So you would need to remove the existing 90degree intake factory part, which has the factory breather attached in a similar location on the original 90degree bend.
Remove this breather from the factory 90degree bend, and follow it back to somewhere behind the rear of the rocker cover (roughly...
Mines been up on axle stands waiting for parts since the start of December, and I've noticed the insides of all the windows dripping wet recently regardless of the weather. Having had a Clio go mouldy in the past, I ordered SIX of those disposable dehumidifiers (the ones that are basically...
I've been involved doing similar to a metro that had a front end-er. Ratchet strap round tree, round headlight hole in slam panel, reverse. Worked a treat
I never make it to any because my car is always broken ?
Booked off time from work for all the shows last year like CSF and PFC too and spent that time on my back on the driver spannering instead ?
If I remember rightly, if you take your hands and aim down the back of the engine/gearbox roughly where they mate, move over a few inches you'll feel the sensor. It's like a smarties tube size thing just poking out the gearbox with a plug on the end. I haven't got any pictures I'm afraid as that...
A Kit I purchased to change mine just came with ordinary through hole LEDs for the window switches and and central locking etc. Not sure on the AC controls
As mentioned above, it is most definitely a sensor that goes into the back of the gearbox. Can be swapped out without gearbox removal, part genuine from Renault cost me circa £25 about 7 years ago when I had a 1.2 8V, wouldn't be surprised if its NLA by now...
It would have been last week and a half of November, first week and a half of December so yeah temps were already low. I have no idea about the warmer months or track time unfortunately, I haven't made it that far yet as it's still off the road!
I converted mine to the ED low boost kit back in December, and for the three short weeks it was on the road it only ever overheated due to a faulty pattern part bottle cap. Once i changed that for a genuine Renault item the temps on the gauge seemed to stay fairly normal. Obviously i'm putting a...
RSTuner is like a flash tuning box, used to be like the 'go to' for a entry level software power bump, but it seems the general consensus is that the customer service has gone massively downhill
Finally got round to this, so little update on what was found, a video beats a picture for word count right? ?
So anyone ever broken the engine dynamics five paddle that they recommend for high boost before? Or am I a first on that one too? Anyone know if there's any warranty on their stuff...
If you turn off the alerts for the things that are muting your audio (found in the 'Alerts & Reports' menu, Reports Submenu) you won't get the pop-up on screen saying 'speed camera ahead', 'hazard reported ahead' etc so it won't mute the audio, however the icon for these things will still be...
