HOW MUCH FOR A CENTRAL LOCKING KEY FOB?!!!! I now only have 1 key to get into the car! i have no locks and now am jus relyin a the oh so realible french designed central lockin of the Mk1

jus hook it up on a circuit Solenoid to a switch then switch to ignition

u can measure it whereever doesnt make a difference to how much its dropped! Basically take it back to the garage u got it lowered and ask em to raise it by one click

the torsion bar is like a star for example when u take it out u turn the bar so the legs go into the next hole up/down and push it back in (One Click) 1 Click i think everyone established was about 30/40mm

use ur central locking solenoid to pop the boot open

u cant roll the Mk1 rear archs due to the shape of em, even if a company would attempt it it wouldnt solve it as the ladz said its due to the arch lip which will need to be cut away then treated with protective sealant to stop it rustin

Now the cars all resprayed i jus need to finish off the inside of the car! few ideas i had were to spray most of the dash in Matt black?! how could i resign the look of the sh*tty interior? Pics would be great!

Who else used there original lights?

no point in a rebuild unless u got high mileage, heavy mods or u dont know the history of the engine the £1k will be for pissin bout with the wiring and gettin everything setup so once its in no it wont cost a lot to drop it in and out

the conversion costs about £1k then the engine etc bout £250 so still in ur budget but its up to u wot u want

i can get 57 in 2nd in my 1.4RT so that final gear change to third must slow it down by at least a good half second

the clutch u should get with the engine but yes u will need a GTT one u can use either i was told Brakes down jus the rest to go! Av a look on the FS theres a GTT lump for sale

Where can i get some of these from? i need to light on the rear license plate but my old lights wont fit in because there too deep to go in the kombat rear bumper
