Try searching for readyforthetrack on google then search the site for h&rs they give a bit of info on them, I believe the springs are eibach and the dampers are bilstein inserts.
And from what ive gathered rebuilds are £85 a corner, BUT once the rear shocks are done for replace then with koni...
I've got a class at the minute I've just started using which I'm owning with:

Try a repair install of your os, if it allows it to work again backup everything and get a new hdd for it, it will fail completely if it hasn't already
Cheap and cheerful Turtle wax costs a fiver, Its in a clear spray bottle with a green logo, spray on a rag, wipe on, good for a couple of weeks, Jobs a goodun :)
Not enough for you to notice as the front does all the work,
personally if everythings spotless and clean and it's still failing, I can't remember the name for it, at my 'special' garage mine won't fit into the rollers without the bumper on the floor :-/ so it gets tested like a 4wd car...

I'm not a...

Couple of quid, Renault dont do them on their own so ebays your best bet unless youve an old set of disks lying round then you could get one off there!
Its behing the disk, need to pull the shaft out of the hub and tap the ring off and new one on, Check how many teeth are on yours though...
There's a chap on here from holland i think who fitted it, it works!
But every one of them leaks unless yours is pretty bad I wouldn't bother messing with it, mine gets a bit wet on the case even after a clean doesn't loose much if any to notice at the oil level
i had an error like that recently when trying to do a fresh install on my system,
I had to go into BIOS as you would normally set it to boot from disk. Then change the Hard disk to IDE, Rebooted it and it let me go through the setup screens, create a new partition and reformat it, Jobs a good...
Every one seems to be doing it now lol, Al i'l say to those having a go shortly is becareful, you can sand back too far and then end up with a hazy headlight you cant sort out
