funny my local dealer told me cup ends november but 172 will end the end of 2004. As when the new clio is released????????? Rob.

surely someone on here must no if it ends november i know saleman lie exagurate or whatever but surly they wouldnt lie about that??????????:@

Yeah i heard it a while back mate ive just heard some people might think that the 172 is coming to an end and the clio cup is gonna continue and that renault will bring out some more options for the cup after the 172 has gone which is just not the case as the cup ends in november thats what i meant.

Thats what i heard on another thread but the sales dude told the cup ends nov and 172 continues......... till 2004??????????? He also said there are no xtras like the sports seats, roll cage etc coming out for the cup and that there is only the climate control option available????

sounds like a track rod problem i know there are a few different types like male and female.... and if the wrong one has been fited then that would cause the problem your hav ing Rob..

I had both my belts changed at 70k only cost me £130 i got a qoute from reno and they said about £300+!!!!! Thing is now though i get this squeeling every now and then which i understand is the bearing in the tensioner so you might want to replace that too....... Rob.
