yer i heard about that. i think i'll try the fifa disc on a friends xbox to check it isn't the disc in that case... as fifa is the one that's playing up the most.

i'm not normally one to jump on the flaming bandwagon... but WTF.

never knowingly knocked it over, it's on its side most of the time anyway so can't really knock it over. it's just over a year old now. bought it when my first one went rrod last year. sounds like a common (ish) fault then. lovely gutting. maybe i should get an elite and try and get this one...

bit of an update on this... it still struggles to read most discs... but it also wont let me play certain game modes in fifa 10. for example... if i play a 2 player exhibition match it'll freeze straight after kick off. which sucks. any ideas?

Re: Throttle Potentiometer - What to do? nope, although it very rarely drops into limp mode any more i just get a very jumpy throttle at times. which is a bit scary! haha. service due soon so will prob book it in at RenTech and ask those guys to have a look. I heard it didn't... may be wrong...

I'm going with another club i'm a member of in April, maybe early May. We went 18th - 21st April last year. The weather couldn't have been better and we had a full open day there and one evening (which was very quiet on track too!) Not sure on exact dates yet.... but it'll be around that time...

my car? Bilstien B14 coilovers, and the 2118s. I was running Toyo R888s which got me to the 'ring and back and through summer but they've just come off :) no engine mods apart from the OMP Inox straight through. LEt me know how you get on with the discs and pads. I've got some HC discs sat...
