@scooby-93 im sure its around £175 per round for entry and you need to be a KMSC member (£20 annual fee i believe). You can enter 1 round if you wish, all the info can be found at www.superlapscotland.co.uk
@neil a i reckon your car is capable of sub 59, yumen in his standard power/gbox 172 was doing 1.02's an cracked a 1.01 at a previous sls round. The time is in your car with the power and gearbox
in my ph1 1 consistently do 1.03 and 4's with half an interior and a passenger
Good numbers, should be competitive in SLS (possibly not outright class win pace). power wise that puts you at the upper end of class D, last round the winning time was a 57 something wasnt it?
looked at it, considered selling or breaking............... lost motivation for now. not moved in over 2 weeks now, need another trackday to remotivate me
First off sorry about the bump! I wouldn't be letting the car be removed from my posession, makes getting it back if written off ALOT more hassle! The last time I had a bump the Insurance assessor came to inspect the car in my drive with me present then wrote his report to the insurance company...
too many details unknown to give a guide price.
1. condition of shell
2. what manufacturer made the cage
3. if cage is self made, spec of materials used etc
4. how in/complete is the shell (glass, doors, wings, wiring etc etc)
I had a similar issue with avos I had on my old mr2 turbo, let evo know and they had collected, resolved and returned the shocks to me FOC in less than 2 weeks
Problem there is your relying on the 2nd hand used box being in good working order. If it is then you need to be handy with the spanners to remove an replace it otherwise your looking at £400 or there abouts to have a garage do it, add the cost of the box an it adds up.
depends what value you...
Anyone in the central area with clip able to assist in turning the air bag and service lights off?...............
Carried out the usual resistor method and the lights go off initially then come back on 30 seconds or so later. starting to annoy me having lights on the dash
Suspension upgrades should help a fair bit, i just done my first trackday last night with the RC kit fitted and it was night and day from before. I also run AST's
Looking to get the wheel alignment done on the clio before my next trackday (23rd), anyone any recommendations as to who is good?
preferably in the Falkirk/Stirling area
looks good and not a fan of there looks, bit of a marmite car. One of my mates has one pumping out 500+ bhp, its rather swift and sounds amazing at full chat
